About the Role

We are in search of a creative and dynamic Social Media Manager to drive our social media presence and engagement. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with audiences through social media and has a passion for storytelling.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a social media strategy to increase WMT’s reach and engagement across various platforms.

  • Create and curate compelling content for social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

  • Monitor social media trends and insights to inform content creation and strategy.

  • Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and build a vibrant online community.

  • Track and analyze social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in managing social media accounts and creating engaging content.

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.

  • Excellent communication and writing skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks.

  • Passion for WMT’s mission and dedication to social media excellence.

About the Company

We Matter Too was founded in 2020 by Dr. Ashley Perkins and John Bollinger as a way to provide resources and community for those with mental health issues, mental disorders, and their caregivers.

We are an organization made of individuals that use their stories and lived experiences to provide support to peers.

Our space offers ZERO judgment, OPEN hearts, and ONE purpose: to help end the stigma against mental health.
