Sarah McGowan is Senior Product Manager at LexisNexis focused on self-service products and improving the customer experience. She’s also worked on advancing the rule of law and develops tools to help the LexisNexis Rule of Law Foundation further their mission. Over the years, Sarah has actively written online through blogging or social media about her own struggles with mental health.

 

She’s passionate about empowering others to do better and practice self-care. She’s coached teens and adults through crisis, helped break down communication barriers on mental health, and lead discussions on tackling anxiety and depression. Sarah has a Bachelor’s of Science in Human Biology.

 

She currently resides in Springboro, Ohio with her daughter and two Yorkies. In her spare time - whatever that is - she obsesses over all things Harry Potter, is known as a book junkie, and loves to binge crime shows.
